Our Team

Crystal Meo is the founder and CEO of Integrity Home and Office. After recovering from a debilitating disease, Crystal made it her life’s mission to serve others in a way that would bring peace into their home. She was not interested in creating just another cleaning company. She wanted a company with depth. Integrity Home and Office is more than a name: it’s a mission to have a heart of integrity, peace, and joy behind all the work we do. Crystal lives in the Kansas City Metro with her husband Eric and their children.

Weakness: glitter and home decor 

Sarah Weichelt is the COO of Integrity Home and Office. She has lived in Kansas City for the past five years with her husband Andy and their fur baby Kota. Sarah joined Integrity Home and Office to partner with the passion for helping others that Crystal has. Sarah is committed to excellence in everything she does. Her favorite pastime is doing anything outside.

Vanessa is a very proud dog mom to a beautiful German Shepherd, Paisley Grace! She grew up in Olathe, KS.  In her free time, she enjoys taking long walks, going on hikes, and sitting by the lake. What she loves most about working with Integrity is that she always feels appreciated and respected! 

Favorite office supply: the perfect gel pen and endless sticky notes
